This document describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the access and use of the services offered by Glimaris Balloons Store on this website. Any person accessing, using, or registering on the website is understood to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Consequently, all visits, contracts, and transactions carried out on this website, as well as their legal effects, shall be governed by the following guidelines and subject to the current legislation applicable in the State of Florida, United States of America.

The established terms and conditions are mandatory for the user to know and comply with. In the event that the user does not agree, in whole or in part, with any of the conditions or terms detailed herein, they must refrain from using the website. The use of the website by the user implies full acceptance of the provisions set forth in these terms and conditions. The user shall be bound to expressly comply with them and may not claim ignorance of them.

Delivery Arrangements Glimaris Balloons Store strives to use the exact balloon designs illustrated on the site, but there may be exceptions due to availability and to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the replacement guidelines used by Glimaris Balloons Store:

  • Large Foil Balloons – Licensed Characters: Exceptions: We may replace it with an alternative design of the same character on standby.

  • 18in-20in Foil Balloons: Exceptions: Designs of the same theme may be substituted if "(design may vary)" is part of the product description.

  • Foil Numbers and Letters: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Bubble Balloons: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Latex Balloon Colors and Sizes: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Plain Balloon Colors and Shapes: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Large Custom Shape Foil Balloons: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Custom 18-inch Balloons: May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

  • Special Latex Shapes (Twisty): May be replaced according to the available color combination and shapes.

COURSE POLICIES

The total cost of the course includes materials (balloons). Only the initial payment or deposit is made through this website. Starting from the first class, your weekly payment plan will consist of 4 installments as established by each course. The initial payment or deposit is paid through this web page; for the payment of the remaining installments, please call 407-913-5333 to speak with Glimaris Dávila.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. If you experience issues starting on the scheduled date, you may move to the next course. The deposit money will remain as a credit for only 6 months from the payment date.

  • Class make-ups can be done in the following course, provided that space is available.

  • Children, companions, and pets are not allowed.

  • If a student is unable to complete the course due to personal reasons, they must finish paying for the course in its entirety by the stipulated completion date. Even if the student does not complete the classes, their account must be settled, as an investment was made in their materials. If the student wishes, they may complete the course with the next group, but it must be fully paid.

  • If a student misses a class, they must bring the payment for the missed Saturday as well as the current class payment to the next session.

  • Should the instructor have a decorating commitment or conflict, the class may be rescheduled for the following Saturday.

  • We are not responsible for any situation or accident occurring before, during, or after class.

  • Glimaris Dávila from Glimaris Balloons may take photos and videos of the work as well as the students to use as promotion on her social media networks, on this website, or for any purpose she deems necessary.

  • We reserve the right of admission. If the required quorum is not met, the course date will be changed to a new date in order to further promote it. In this case, students will be notified of the new course date, and their payments made will remain intact.

Glimaris Balloons Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
